Refunds and Returns

Returns and refunds will operate the same as if the customer purchased in store and the same conditions apply. See below for details.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind OR make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or as seen on the In Her SHOES web site or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

In Her SHOES will inspect the returned goods for faults and or wear and the results will be discussed with the customer and the appropriate decision will be made.

Faulty goods should be reported to In Her SHOES within three(3) working days by calling the store on 07 5570 6266 any day of the week from 9am to 5.30pm weekdays and to 4.00pm on Sundays and public holidays.

Refunds are accepted for consideration under the following conditions:

1. If the item is damaged or the goods are faulty
2. The receipt must be in the box showing proof of purchase
3. The shoe must be in the box as issued

If a refund is issued, In Her SHOES will refund only the cost of the product sold as per the receipt and not the cost of any return postage paid by In Her SHOES.

What if the shoe does not fit?

We do understand that sometimes the shoe simply does not fit. In the first instance please call us on 07 5570 6266 to discuss any fitting issues.

In all cases we ask that you choose carefully and discuss the size, style and colour with our staff at the point of sale. We will endeavour in all cases to satisfy your requirements. The refund and returns policy is outlined here published by the Retailers Association of Queensland.

Credit Note policy

If a credit note is issued please note that the credit must be redeemed within one month (1) from that date issued.

Exchanges to size and colour

In Her SHOES will exchange a pair of shoes for another size, style or colour if the customer pays the return postage to the store. We will fund the return of exchanged goods to the customers’ address. We are only able to offer and fund one (1) exchange of goods per customer.
